Holiday Safari with Animal Tales (Carrabelle)
December 21, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- This event has passed.
The Franklin County Public Libraries is inviting children and families to join them for two Holiday Safaris with Animal Tales on Wednesday, December 21 at 11:00 am at the Eastpoint Branch Library or at 2:00 pm at the Carrabelle Branch Library. The Eastpoint Branch Library is located at 160 Hickory Dip Rd. The Carrabelle Branch Library is located at 311 St. James Avenue.
The Holiday Safari program features animal ambassadors for a truly unique experience! Guests can get up close and personal with animals from all over the world! During this program, kids will take turns selecting a present from beneath a small Christmas tree. Inside the presents are clues to which surprise guest animals are visiting that day. Visitors will have an opportunity to get “hands-on” during this special program! Every Animal Tales program is unique because the animals (unlike the presenters) don’t have a script! Animal Tales provides safe educational and entertaining programs for all ages.
These family friendly programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Franklin County Public Libraries and are free of charge. They are open to the public of all ages. (A library card is not needed to attend.) For more information, call Eastpoint at (850) 670-8151 or Carrabelle at (850) 697-2366.
